Viviana Hurtado, Ph.D. is a former news anchor at Bloomberg Television who covered global business, finance and the economy. She is currently the founder and CEO of a tech-powered luxury women’s brand, in stealth. She is an in-demand bilingual speaker, emcee, and panel moderator in the key issues of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), the economic and political rise of the U.S. Latino community, women in business, and entrepreneurship. An Edward R. Murrow and Emmy award-winning bilingual journalist, Viviana reported for international and national news networks, including ABC News and National Public Radio (NPR). She is also the co-founder of edtech social enterprise Latinas for Latino Lit (L4LL)’s Children’s Reading Programs, the first nationwide online reading programs designed for Hispanic children, their parents, and Spanish language acquisition students. Viviana earned a Ph.D. from Yale, a master’s from Stanford, and bachelor’s from University of California at Berkeley.
