Viviana Hurtado is a media trainer, communications coach, and award-winning journalist with KNP Communications. She brings more than twenty years of experience reporting and anchoring at the highest levels of broadcast journalism, giving executives and leaders a rare insider’s perspective on what it takes to communicate with authority, clarity, and confidence in high-stakes moments.

An Edward R. Murrow and Emmy award-winning journalist, Viviana has reported for Bloomberg Television, ABC News, Al Jazeera English, MSNBC, and NPR. Her work has been recognized by the Columbia Journalism Review and South by Southwest (SXSW), and she has delivered keynote speeches at Johns Hopkins University and the White House.

A bilingual communicator with native fluency in Spanish and English, Viviana is a sought-after speaker and panel moderator on topics including leadership communication, executive presence, entrepreneurship, women in business, AI transformation and its impact on the workforce.
