Alexa Polmer Spencer
Alexa Polmer Spencer brings a theater director’s eye and a social scientist’s curiosity to the art of professional communication. Her approach is shaped by two worlds: theater, where she learned to use voice, body, and presence to connect with an audience, and social science, which taught her to analyze how a listener processes information. She brings both perspectives to her coaching, helping clients make intentional choices that strengthen how they communicate in the real world.
As co-founder of KNP Communications’ legal training practice, Alexa designs and leads communication programs for law firms and other organizations, as well as provides individual coaching for attorneys and other professionals. She has presented at the NALP Annual Education Conference and the PDC Summer Conference. Her clients have included Am Law 100 firms, government agencies, television networks, and advocacy organizations.
