Steve Majors

Steve Majors is a media trainer and executive communications coach with KNP Communications. Steve has two decades working at the intersection of media, marketing, and mission-driven advocacy.

Steve spent a decade as a television news producer at NBC News, MSNBC, and CNBC before moving into senior communications leadership at some of the country's most prominent education nonprofits—including Communities in Schools and Teach For America, where he currently serves as Chief External Affairs Officer. Earlier in his career, he directed media training and presentation capabilities at The Ehrhardt Group, a strategic communications firm serving public sector clients across education, healthcare, and government.
