Jessica Altagracia Woolford joined KNP as a media trainer and speaker coach after running to represent New York’s 81st Assembly District in 2022. She previously served as NYC Press Secretary to U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, and as head of public affairs for New York State’s multi-billion-dollar cannabis market. Jessica has held senior communications roles as a press secretary and speechwriter for UFCW International, the 2016 Democratic National Convention, and Media Matters. She currently serves as Director of External Affairs at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Climate and Environmental Justice in the Mamdani administration. Born and raised in the Bronx, where she still lives with her husband and daughter, Jessica is bilingual in English and Spanish.
