At the beginning of 2020, we decided to invest in our capacity to conduct virtual training and coaching in order to meet the changing needs and interests of our clients.
This decision came about after talking to longtime clients about how we could best serve their leaders and teams. The consensus was clear: live virtual training was a growing preference, particularly for large global firms. This also satisfied our own goal of continuing to serve clients around the world while reducing our carbon footprint.
With many organizations now curbing business travel in response to the coronavirus, virtual training and coaching makes it possible to continue learning while taking practical precautions to remain safe and healthy.
