KNP Communications, a private firm that specializes in helping its clients become outstanding communicators, has added Emma Sprague and Matt White, co-founders of Upswing Strategies, as full partners. Sprague and White join Matthew Kohut and Seth Pendleton as equal co-owners of KNP Communications.
Sprague and White have worked closely with Kohut and Pendleton since 2010, together training 1,000+ advocacy leaders and on-air strategists as well as speakers at the 2016 Democratic National Convention. Sprague brings a wealth of experience in high-visibility event execution and a training practice focused on women and young leaders. White comes to KNP with a deep understanding of the media landscape, experience as a TV and radio booking producer, and the knowledge and expertise to expand the firm's digital strategy.

KNP continues to expand, with Jessica Altagracia Woolford joining as a media trainer and public speaking coach. Jessica, who ran for NY State Assembly in 2022, previously served as the New York City press secretary for US Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. She is bilingual (English/Spanish). In recent months KNP has also welcomed Chasten Buttigieg, former television anchor Viviana Hurtado, and advocate and award-winning voice actor Jamie McGonnigal to its team.
