KNP Communications, a private firm that specializes in helping its clients become outstanding communicators, has named Emma Sprague as its managing partner effective January 1, 2025.
"I strongly believe in KNP’s deeply human approach to communications training and coaching," said Sprague. “Moving forward, I’m excited to support our dynamic team and explore opportunities to expand our reach and impact.”
Sprague brings a wealth of experience in management and high-visibility event execution. She has spent 15 years designing and executing group training programs for leading foundations and nonprofit organizations and has honed a coaching practice focused on amplifying the voices of successful women and young leaders across sectors. She and Matthew White joined Matthew Kohut and Seth Pendleton as equal co-owners of KNP in 2023.
"Emma is the leader KNP needs as the firm looks ahead to its next twenty years," said Matthew Kohut, who has served as the firm’s managing partner since its founding in 2005. Kohut will remain a partner at KNP.
KNP provides in-person and virtual communication training and coaching for organizations and individuals around the world. Its methods employ evidence-based insights from social science as well as techniques from professional and performance contexts that help clients develop new skills and learn to coach themselves.
