During her 20-year tenure at Cox Enterprises, Rena led teams of 40 to 100 employees across sales, business operations, media fulfillment, advertising technology, and creative services — developing the organizational instincts and leadership depth that now define her coaching approach. She went on to found RAW Talent Executive Coaching and has worked with clients ranging from AT&T to NASA. She also serves as a career coach with Randstad RiseSmart, supporting professionals through leadership transitions and career pivots.
