Seth Pendleton

Seth Pendleton is a founding partner of KNP Communications, specializing in media training, debate preparation, speaker coaching, executive presence, and leadership communications. Over more than two decades, he has prepared political, nonprofit, and business leaders for their most consequential public moments—from televised debates and national convention keynotes to TED-style talks and high-stakes presentations.

Previously, Seth served as Director of Candidate Training at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, where he built and executed a first-of-its-kind candidate training program that saw dozens of new members of Congress elected to the House in some of the most competitive districts in the country. He went on to co-found 4C Partners, a political consulting firm, before returning full-time to KNP. He has served as media trainer, speaker coach, and debate prep consultant for hundreds of members of the United States Congress and Senate. His work has been featured in Roll Call, The Washington Post, and The Harvard Business School. Earlier in his career, he also served as a senior speechwriter for the Director of the National Science Foundation.

Additionally, Seth's background includes his years as a trained actor. He is still a member of the Screen Actors Guild. This gives him a performer's unique instinct and training for stage presence, authenticity, nonverbal communication, and storytelling.
