Matt White

Matt White is a Partner at KNP Communications. He specializes in media coaching and digital strategy, helping executives, advocates, and public figures sharpen their message, strengthen their on-camera presence, and align their communications across traditional and digital platforms. Over the past 15 years, Matt has prepared leaders of major policy and advocacy organizations, national television contributors, and speakers at the Democratic National Convention to perform at the highest level.

Matt co-founded Upswing Strategies, a communications firm that merged with KNP in 2023. He also helped launch the Progressive Talent Initiative — a first-of-its-kind media training and booking operation — where he served as a trusted resource for pundits and producers at CNN, MSNBC, FOX News, and other leading news outlets.

He holds a BA from the University of Virginia with concentrations in Sociology and Media Studies.
