KNP designs, sponsors and conducts both individual evaluations and formal research to assess the impact of people's communication modalities.
Together with Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, KNP co-sponsored an academic research study by economists Daniel Benjamin and Jesse Shapiro that identified non-verbal communication skills as the primary factor determining election outcomes.
KNP's client work focuses on evaluating the dimensions of particular communication challenges faced by presenters and other public figures.
KNP has developed an evaluation tool known as the Virtual Primary™ to assess certain key non-verbal communications skills. KNP develops and deploys other testing techniques to assess different communication issues. We use these techniques with our clients to help shape their skill development goals.
